Welcome to the personal homepage of Alexey Dobrynin
I'm a scientist at the advanced dichroism beamline, Diamond Light Source, United Kingdom. Before joining Diamond I was a postdoctoral researcher at Institut Néel, CNRS, in Grenoble, France (2007-2009), and before that at Ames laboratory of the US Department of Energy (2006-2007). In 2006 I received my PhD in physics from Leuven University in Belgium. I worked in the group of clusters and laser spectroscopy, which is a part of Laboratory of Solid State Physics and Magnetism. In 2000 I graduated from the department of Experimental and Theoretical Physics of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, which is one of the top 5 Russian universities for physics and technology.
